🔎 Overview

DOGA will allow you to cross breathtaking territories, from the magnificence of the Brenta Dolomites to the mediterranean landscape of Lake Garda, with your gravel, trekking or e-bike.

The starting point of the route is Malè, which can be easily reached by train or by bike from Trento (international connections) or Mezzocorona.

From the Val di Sole we climb through the forests of Val Meledrio up to Madonna di Campiglio.

We descend past Pinzolo and take the uphill route to the Daone Pass, our 2nd pass for this route, and then we ride downhill towards Stenico, a city with a beautiful castle and an overview on the Giudicarie valleys.

From here on, we have our last uphill, the Ballino Pass, that once we pass, opens up for the beauty of the turquoise Tenno Lake.

The grand finale awaits us: Riva del Garda is just a bunch of kms after the Tenno Lake, from there we can take a bikebus to Rovereto, or we can reach it with our bike (20km).

👀 Our advices

We recommend a minimum tire size of 32mm

This tour features 2 passes, for this reason we recommend you to do it only if you have an adequate fitness (you could do the “classic” variante instead, with 3 passes)

We recommend not to do this tour in winter as it is possible to find snow
